The Ojai Real Estate market is alive and well. Now is as good a time as any to buy. Real Estate has always been an excellent investment, and will remain so. However, as with all investments, the long term approach is the best approach. Don't try to get rich quick, it rarely happens. As any good financial advisor will tell you, if you can stay the course, 5 years or more, you'll do just fine.
